Julie A. Dugan is a Registered Civil Mediator with 25 years of experience on both defense and plaintiff sides of cases. She graduated from Lake Central High School summa cum laude in 1992, Hanover College, and the University of Cincinnati, where she graduated magna cum laude in 1999. Her background in human and civil rights, including founding the Model United Nations Chapter on her college campus, interning for Amnesty International and studying at the Goethe Institute in Germany, has given her unparalleled compassion for her clients.
