About Justin
Justin, or familiarly known as “Q”, was born and raised in Beaver County. He joined the firm in February of 2019. He graduated summa cum laude from Point Park University in December 2001 and earned his juris doctorate degree in December 2005 from the Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Following his admission to the bar in April 2006, Justin worked in private practice before joining the Beaver County District Attorney’s Office in March 2009, where he remained before returning to the private sector in May of 2017. His practice focuses on criminal defense, personal injury and other civil matters, and Social Security disability cases. He is also capital certified which means he is qualified by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court due to his experience and training to represent homicide defendants that are facing the death penalty. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court - Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Social Security Administration.
