Justin’s background includes successfully litigating claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, leave laws, and wage & hour in both state and federal courts well as state and federal administrative agencies. Justin’s approach begins with listening intently to his clients to understand exactly what occurred and the difficulties each client experienced.
