About Justin

Justin K. Schwemmer practices in civil litigation. He has also focused on the areas of art and entertainment law, especially in the music, film, and book-publishing industries; and criminal defense, including white-collar crime and juvenile proceedings. Mr. Schwemmer has also represented and counseled clients on religious organization and church law, wills and trusts, estate administration, business formation and transactions, and family law. He is admitted to the Indiana state bar and the United States District Courts for the Districts of Southern Indiana, Northern Indiana, and Maryland. Justin graduated cum laude from Towson University with a double major in philosophy and comparative religion and a minor in anthropology, after which he lived in Kerala and Goa, India, engaged in ethnographic field work.
