About Kaine
Kaine M. Messer earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UNLV and his Juris Doctor degree from Western State College of Law in Fullerton, CA, graduating cum laude. During law school, he was Senior Student Writer of the Western State Law Review, a Dean’s Fellow, and a member of the Honors Moot Court Team. He successfully passed the California State Bar Examination and practiced Business and Real Estate litigation there, also serving as an Adjunct Professor. He is also admitted to practice in Nevada. Kaine is committed to vigorously asserting clients’ rights through ethical practice and providing exceptional representation. He was also recognized for contributing to one of the top 100 Hour and Wage labor & employment settlements in the United States in 2020.
