About Karen

Karen Coffey brings over two decades of legal experience in both litigation and transactional matters. She earned her degree from Michigan State University in 1991 and graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1998. Her real estate experience includes drafting and interpreting easements, handling residential and commercial closings, and representing landlords and tenants in lease disputes. In litigation, she focuses on construction defect cases under the Colorado Construction Defect Action Reform Act (CDARA). She also drafts business contracts and provides legal guidance on agreements. Prior to relocating to Colorado, she practiced estate planning.
