Karri Lueddeke joined the Lueddeke Law Firm in 2005 and has since dedicated her practice to the protection of consumer and employee rights. She represents clients in cases involving auto dealership fraud; Lemon Law violations; breach of warranty cases involving vehicles, boats, and RVs; wrongful auto repossession; home improvement/contractor fraud; new home construction; real estate litigation; breach of contract disputes; dissolution of small business partnerships; wrongful termination and retaliation of employment; sexual harassment and gender and age discrimination; and violations of wage and hour law. She also successfully arbitrated numerous cases primarily involving automobile fraud. She has litigated large class actions on behalf of aggrieved consumers in both the federal district court and state court. She has brought and argued various cases before both the New Jersey Appellate Court as well as the New Jersey Supreme Court which have resulted in significant changes to the relevant law.
