About Kasodie
Raised in Billings, Kasodie graduated from Skyview High school in 2011. She then spent 7 years in Missoula where she received both her undergraduate and law school degree from the University of Montana. Through and following Law School, Kasodie practiced family, dependent neglect and criminal law. During this time, she learned the importance of client communication and true advocacy for her clients. Kasodie made the choice to transition her practice to mass torts and personal injury because she wanted to continue to be an elite advocate for her clients while being able to continue to learn and shape the laws that come. Kasodie has built her career and reputation on giving a voice to her clients, always striving to help them receive full justice. To this end, she deeply values the relationships she creates with her clients. She’s particularly passionate about representing victims of sexual abuse, courageously taking on institutions that enable predators. Kasodie understands that these cases often involve deep personal trauma, which is why she leads with both legal precision and emotional intelligence. Kasodie believes that trust is built through transparency and presence. She takes the time to explain the process, answer questions, and check in regularly-so her clients always know where things stand. With a trauma-informed approach and a relentless pursuit of justice, she helps survivors reclaim their voices and clients from all walks of life find strength in the face of adversity.
