About Kathleen

Attorney Kathleen M. Allen joined Dolan Connly, P.C. in February of 2002. Over the past two decades, Attorney Allen has concentrated her legal practice in the area of real estate law. This includes residential, commercial and affordable housing conveyancing and financing, landlord-tenant law, and condominium development. Attorney Allen has successfully assisted thousands of clients in purchasing, selling and refinancing real estate throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Attorney Allen has also provided hundreds of hours of pro-bono legal education through several local not-for-profit agencies including Urban Edge, Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation, Massachusetts Affordable Housing Alliance (MAHA) and WATCH CDC. Attorney Allen endeavors to educate, navigate and assist first time homebuyers through the process of homeownership and mortgage financing. Attorney Allen also practices estate planning and administration.
