Kathleen McConkie is known state-wide for her expertise in family law, including divorce, custody, alimony, adoptions, and annulments. She formerly practiced law in downtown Salt Lake City and moved her practice to Davis County in 1999. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Utah, in the United States District Court, in the U.S. Tax Court, and in the 9th and 10th Circuit Federal Appellate Courts. She has also prepared briefs for the U.S. Supreme Court.
