Kathy J. Mauk received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Juniata College in 1991 and her Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law in 1994. She was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1994, and also in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.
