About Kayla

Kayla Carmosino earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Before transferring to Sturm College of Law, Kayla studied at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and worked as a law clerk for WKW during that time. She’s thrilled to be back in Indy, focusing her legal practice on medical malpractice, premises liability, and transportation accidents. Before rejoining WKW, Kayla worked for a nationally known medical malpractice firm in Denver, Colorado. A central Indiana native, Kayla attended Purdue University, where she majored in Psychology with minors in Spanish and Philosophy. A dedicated student and innate leader, Kayla was named to the Dean’s List every semester and held leadership positions within her sorority, Alpha Phi. Kayla enjoys giving back to the community. She is a Big Sister mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, and was also a Big Sister mentor during her time in Colorado. She has also spent time volunteering with Indiana Legal Services. Kayla loves staying active outdoors, spending time with her husband and their rescue dogs, Maggie and Willie, and cheering on the Boilermakers.
