About Keith

Keith Gould was born and raised in Clarksburg, Harrison County, West Virginia, and makes his home in Bridgeport. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Fairmont State College in 1991 before attending the West Virginia University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1996. During law school, Keith distinguished himself as a member of both the prestigious WVU College of Law Moot Court Board and the Moot Trial Association-organizations that recognize excellence in trial and appellate advocacy. For nearly two decades, Keith has been a dedicated advocate for West Virginia injury victims, focusing his career on holding insurance companies and corporate interests accountable. He has participated in hundreds of civil actions and has significant appellate experience before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Keith is an active member of the American Association for Justice and the West Virginia Association for Justice-organizations committed to protecting citizens’ access to the courts. He is particularly passionate about defending the Seventh Amendment right to trial by jury and frequently speaks publicly on its importance in preserving the civil justice system. Beyond the courtroom, Keith is a devoted husband to his wife, Tracy (Strother) Gould, and a proud father to his two children, MacKenzie and Jack. He is deeply involved in local youth sports and, in his free time, enjoys maintaining his 1920s-era home. He is an avid WVU football, baseball and basketball fan and enjoys reading, especially the history of the American Revolutionary and Civil Wars.
