About Kelsi

Kelsi Grau is an Associate Attorney at Brock & Gonzales working in the employment litigation department. Kelsi has always been dedicated to fighting for the rights of employees. She specializes in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage violations and retaliation. In fact, during her time in law school, she helped found the Labor and Employment Law Society and served as its Vice President. Kelsi is a fierce advocate for her clients. She has honed her skills for oral advocacy since law school, earning awards across multiple national law school competitions including the Robert F. Wagner Labor and Employment Competition and the American Bar Association Competition. While in law school, Kelsi also clerked for the Honorable Sabrina S. McKenna of the Hawaii Supreme Court where she gained a strong proficiency in the world of appellate law. She graduated from Southwestern Law School with a concentration in Labor and Employment. While in law school, she served as a member of both the Law Review and Moot Court Honors Programs. She is also a graduate of California State University, Northridge with a degree in Sociology. Kelsi is licensed to practice in all California Courts, including the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California. She is a member in good standing with the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA).
