Ken is a founding partner of Berman | Sobin | Gross LLP. He advocates and consistently achieves winning results for his clients in Maryland Workers Compensation cases and multi-million dollar Personal Injury trials. He has been instrumental in passing legislation expanding rights for firefighters and injured workers, testifies regularly before the state legislature, and served on the Maryland Governor’s Study Commission on Workers’ Compensation Legislation.
