About Kenneth
Ken is an experienced personal injury attorney and practices in southern Indiana and the metro Louisville area. Ken and his team handle every aspect of his clients' cases from pre-suit settlement negotiations through jury trial and appeal, if necessary. He has practiced for over 22 years and has tried over 30 cases to jury. Ken spent the first half of his career as an insurance defense attorney working for insurance companies and their insureds in Indiana, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. He understands the insurance companies and how they evaluate and litigate personal injury claims. Ken served in the U.S. Air Force before going to law school.
