Kevin Smith has been a trial lawyer for the last 20 years and his pursuit of justice for his clients extends throughout the Palmetto State. Kevin has been a partner at Hoffman Law Firm since 2014 and leads the Litigation Department. Never one to back down from a challenge, his determination has not only earned him a reputation as a talented litigator but earned life-changing compensation for accident victims.
