About Kevin

Kevin Phillips is from Snellville, GA. He graduated cum laude from the College of Charleston with a B.A. in Communication and attended The Charleston School of Law. He was President of the Charleston County Bar Association Student Division and a Board Member of the School’s Trial Advocacy program. Admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2017, he previously worked for the South Carolina Victim Assistance Network, focusing on Victim’s Rights Enforcement. He is active in community engagement, having graduated from the Leadership Beaufort Program (Class of 2018), serving on the Board of the Beaufort-Jasper YMCA, and elected to the Town Council of Port Royal in November 2019.
