Kevin Mahoney is the founding Principal of Mahoney Law Group, APC. He specializes in wage and hour class action lawsuits and labor and employment litigation. Mr. Mahoney also prosecutes claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, actions under the WARN (Worker Adjustment Retraining and Notification) Act, the California False Claims Act, and the Federal False Claims Act (Qui Tam actions). He graduated from the University of Southern California with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy (honors) and attended Howard University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in California and is admitted to the Northern, Central and Southern District Courts of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
