Kevin Niser earned his undergraduate degree from Florida International University in Miami, Florida, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Minor in International Relations. He attended law school at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, FL. While in law school, Kevin earned the St. Thomas University School of Law Pro Bono Commendation and received a Cali award recipient for Admiralty Law and Seminar: Selected Topics in Criminal law and Criminal Procedure.
