About Kevin

Kevin P. Childers has been representing injured people and those who’ve lost loved ones in accidents for over 25 years. He graduated from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. in 1990, where he was an editor of the law review and a senior member of the National Moot Court Board, graduating in the top ten percent of his class. After graduation, he worked at the Alexandria Office of the Public Defender, representing indigent and poor individuals in Northern Virginia. In 1993, he opened his own firm, which later became Childers and Associates. He is the founder of the Catholic Business Network of Northern Virginia, a non-profit providing legal services and medical treatment for the poor and homeless.
