Kieran P. Dowdy

About Kieran

Kieran Dowdy is a partner at SBWD Law, representing police unions and officers in labor and employment matters, including collective bargaining, grievances, pension litigation, and disciplinary actions. He handles nearly a thousand employee interrogations annually and has successfully negotiated numerous collective bargaining contracts. Kieran received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2016, where he was recognized for his advocacy skills. Prior to law, he worked over eight years in Maryland State Government as an advisor on public safety and human services issues.
