About Kimberly
Kim was admitted to a highly specialized program through her university and law school which allowed her to receive her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate in six years. Kim is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is also admitted to the Bar in the State of New York. She is admitted to both the Virginia and New York State Bars, waiving into practice in Virginia in 2009. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Trial Lawyer’s Association. Kim focuses her practice on personal injury litigation and has been in the courtroom since the day she was admitted to practice. She has tried numerous cases to verdict in the General District and Circuit Courts throughout the Commonwealth. She also participates in alternative dispute resolution to bring about favorable results to the client. She prides herself on meticulous work and believes in client satisfaction, integrity and holds the law in the highest regard. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son, Preston, her family and friends and adorable lab, Sadie, working out, gardening, reading the latest best sellers, decorating her home/porch and cheering on her beloved Yankees.
