As a first-generation college graduate, Attorney Garcia's journey to becoming an accomplished attorney is a testament to her unwavering dedication and resilience. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she brings a unique perspective and invaluable skills to her practice. Attorney Garcia's ascent within the firm is a remarkable story of perseverance and ambition. Starting as a legal secretary, she embarked on a path of continuous growth and development, ultimately ascending to the role of Partner. Her tenure at the firm provided her with invaluable experience and comprehensive training in Criminal Law, Personal Injury, and Family Law. Driven by her passion for the legal profession, Attorney Garcia pursued her academic endeavors while working full-time. She earned her Associates in Paralegal Studies from Allan Hancock College and subsequently obtained her Juris Doctorate from San Luis Obispo College of Law, all while diligently serving clients and advancing her career. During her time in law school, Attorney Garcia distinguished herself as a dedicated student leader, actively participating in the Student Bar Association and honing her advocacy skills through Mock Trial competitions. Her commitment to excellence and community involvement continues to shine through as she serves as a board member of the San Luis Obispo College of Law Advisory Board and Northern Santa Barbara Women Lawyer Association.
