About Kris

Kris D. Burbank, originally from New England/New York, has lived in Birmingham for over 20 years. He graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta (B.A. Dietetics, 1997) and Birmingham School of Law (J.D., 2005). After practicing insurance defense, he switched to representing injury victims in 2008. With over 15 years of experience, he focuses on workers’ compensation, personal injury, social security disability/SSI claims, and collections cases, and has served as a Guardian Ad Litem.
