About Krista

Krista Garcia, born and raised in South Florida, discovered her passion for law during her time at the University of Central Florida, where she earned dual B.A. degrees in Political Science and Sociology. A Constitutional Law course sparked her interest in legal argumentation, leading her to pursue a career in law. Krista went on to graduate cum laude with her J.D. from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in May 2024 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2024. While in law school, she was actively involved in leadership roles, serving on the executive boards of the Hispanic American Law Student Association and the FAMU chapter of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Before attending law school, Krista gained valuable experience in the real estate industry, working as a leasing consultant and transitioning into property management. She also has a year of specialized experience in immigration law, with a focus on employment-based visas. Krista is now dedicated to using her diverse experience and background to provide exceptional legal service.
