About Kristin

Kristin Karbowski is a trial attorney specializing in personal injury. Ms. Karbowski was born in New Jersey and moved to Florida after graduating from high school. Ms. Karbowski attended the University of South Florida where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. She went on to receive a Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Ms. Karbowski worked as a legal intern/clerk for the Honorable Ralph C. Stoddard in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court in Hillsborough County, Florida. She also worked as a law clerk for a prominent defense firm where she was hired as an attorney after passing the bar in 2010. Through this experience, Ms. Karbowski gained extensive knowledge of how insurance companies operate and evaluate claims, providing a strategic advantage to current clients. In 2024, she joined The Nurse Lawyer, P.A. to continue helping injured clients seek justice and obtain the compensation they deserve.
