About Kristle

Kristle Panfili is the Director of Finance & Operations at Resolute Law Group, bringing more than 23 years of expertise in full-cycle accounting within the oil & gas and construction industries, as well as private tax firms. Her professional background also includes business development as a sales representative for a national oil & gas supplier, where she successfully managed the Southern Alberta region. Kristle has completed her Bachelor of Accounting (BAC) and is currently pursuing further education in Human Resources Management (HRM) to expand her leadership capabilities. Born and raised in the Foothills of Alberta, Kristle developed a lifelong love for ranching and horses. Today, she and her husband-originally from Italy-make their home in the farming town of High River, along with their spirited Jack Russell Terrier, Gino, and Blue Russian cat, Gandalf. Deeply committed to her community, Kristle volunteers her time with the Town of High River on various boards, supports local animal shelters and rescues, and remains actively involved in community initiatives. When she’s not working or volunteering, Kristle enjoys retraining retired racehorses, curling in the winter, and golfing as much as possible in the summer. With her strong background in finance, operations, and organizational leadership, Kristle brings a strategic and solutions-focused perspective to the firm. Her experience in managing unique business functions, combined with her commitment to teamwork and community, makes her a natural fit for supporting the dynamic environment of Resolute Law Group.
