About Kristy
Kristy Davies is a personal injury attorney and trial lawyer with extensive courtroom experience and deep compassion. She graduated from Florida State University of Law in 2010 and magna cum laude from The University of Georgia in 2006. She began her career as an Assistant State Attorney in the First Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she was lead prosecutor in over 20 jury trials. She has been consistently named a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star, recognizing her as one of the top 2.5% of attorneys under 40 in Georgia. She is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and co-author of 'Commercial Transportation' for Mercer Law Review. She co-founded Davies Hothem Injury Law in 2021 and is actively involved in her community, including founding the Davies Hothem Domestic Violence Legal Fund.
