About Kurt
Kurt Dixon is an attorney at Miller Law Group, specializing in representing individuals injured by the negligence of others. He served in the United States Marine Corps as an artillery officer, achieving the rank of Captain, before attending law school. He was a starting defensive back on the football team at the United States Naval Academy. After law school, he initially practiced defense law before switching to plaintiff representation in 1998. He gained notoriety for representing the family of Jesica Santillan in a medical malpractice case and successfully settled a truck accident case for $9.5 million. He recently obtained a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to better serve victims of truck driver negligence. He has been selected as an NTL - Civil Plaintiff - Top 100 Trial Lawyer in North Carolina.
