About Kyle

Kyle Chamberlin is an attorney on THK Law’s business counsel and real estate teams. His practice focuses in two areas: i) advising principals of locally-owned businesses and ii) representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants of commercial real estate. Prior to joining THK, Kyle led the legal and risk management functions for a regional commercial real estate services provider. He served as a member of the executive team, oversaw a human resources department servicing over 300 employees, and played a lead role in the full lifecycle of acquisition transactions. He previously served as in-house counsel to a 1,500-employee automotive dealership group with operations throughout the Midwest. Having spent over a decade working in the trenches of a closely-held business honed Kyle’s ability to prioritize pragmatic solutions and assess risk through the lens of business goals.
