About Kyle
Prior to joining Salmon, Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi LLP, Mr. Brady earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey. Mr. Brady earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School in Wilmington, Delaware. While in law school, he served as the Articles Editor for Widener Law Review and authored two articles which were published by the law review. During his final year in law school, Mr. Brady served as the Josiah Oliver Wolcott Fellow to the Honorable James T. Vaughn, Jr. of the Delaware Supreme Court. As a Wolcott Fellow, he performed legal research, prepared bench memoranda, and assisted in drafting and editing Delaware Supreme Court opinions. Mr. Brady’s legal practice encompasses all aspects of civil litigation with a focus in general aviation and aerospace, commercial motor vehicle transportation, products liability, and catastrophic claims, from pre-suit matters all the way through trial. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, along with each of their corresponding federal courts. Mr. Brady is routinely retained after accidents in order to provide immediate response and counsel to individuals, businesses, and insurance companies. He also regularly handles various pre-suit counseling matters for businesses and insurance companies throughout the country. Mr. Brady also routinely serves as Delaware counsel for individuals, businesses, insurance companies, and other lawyers in various types of matters including, but not limited to, admiralty and maritime matters, general aviation, and other general casualty cases. As Delaware counsel, he provides guidance as to local Delaware procedure in both state and federal court, from the inception of the case through trial.
