Mr. DeDiana is a member at Bumbaugh | George | Prather | DeDiana who specializes in elder law, estate planning, and estate administration. As a Certified Elder Law Attorney and Certified Public Accountant, he has extensive experience in estate planning, estate administration, inheritance tax planning, Medicaid planning, and nursing home asset protection. He helps his clients secure their legacies by preparing expert powers of attorney, trusts, wills, and living wills. Mr. DeDiana is widely respected in his field. He’s a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, including its Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law and Elder Law Sections. Additionally, Mr. DeDiana serves as a valued member of the Westmoreland Bar Association, where he is Chairman of its Orphans’ Court / Elder Law Committee. Outside of his legal practice, Mr. DeDiana is a sought-after speaker. He’s lectured for numerous continuing legal education programs, including those hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Westmoreland Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Southwestern Chapter. He’s passionate about sharing his knowledge of elder law, estate planning, and estate administration with fellow attorneys. Before joining Bumbaugh | George | Prather | DeDiana, Mr. DeDiana was in private practice for over four decades. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School.
