Born and raised in Guilford County, North Carolina, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from the University of North Carolina and completed her Juris Doctor degree in 2.5 years, passing the South Carolina Bar Exam on her first attempt. Her legal career began at the York County Public Defender’s Office, and in spring 2018, she opened her own practice while also serving as an Assistant Solicitor for the City of Rock Hill. This experience on both sides of criminal law provides her with a unique advantage. She has extensive experience in drafting estate documents, participating in wills clinics, and assisting veterans. Attorney Davis also handles first-party insurance claims, advocating for homeowners against delays and denials. She has secured over $2 million in settlements for personal injury and wrongful death clients since her second year handling these matters.
