Laura Smith Davies is a skilled attorney serving as of counsel for The Fran Haasch Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers since 2008. She assists with personal injury claims including car, motorcycle, and truck accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. Prior to this, she handled a range of legal matters in Key West, Florida, including personal injury, criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation. Ms. Davies is admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She was selected for inclusion in the Florida Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list in 2010. She has served as past President, Vice President, and Secretary of the Monroe County Bar Association and multiple terms as past President and Secretary/Treasurer of the Monroe County Chapter of Criminal Defense Attorneys. She also served as a Judge for the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office Teen Court program and on the Board of Directors at her local Police Athletic League. She is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The Florida Bar, and the American Bar Association.
