About Lauren
Mrs. Nance grew up in Mooresville and gained her bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Sociology at UNC-Chapel Hill. She went on to attend UNC’s School of Law, obtaining her JD 2010. Lauren clerked with BHSPA attorney Thomas R. Holt and discovered her passion for real estate law. She understands the excitement and responsibility of home ownership and now handles much of the firm’s residential purchase, new construction, and refinances seamlessly and efficiently. Lauren lives in Mebane with her husband, two sons and their two dogs. She is active in the Alamance and Orange County communities.
