About Lindsay
As the daughter, granddaughter, and niece of health care providers, I have been exposed to the inner workings of the health care field from a very young age. I have had the opportunity to personally witness and experience the way in which dedicated and attentive physicians and nurses care for their patients. I learned to value every person's life, health, and safety. I believe this knowledge provides me with a better understanding and compassion for those persons who suffer from personal injury or the death of a loved one. While an undergraduate student at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, I fell in love with the law and its distinct ability to act as the great equalizer between those who have been harmed and those who should be held responsible for causing the harm. It was at that point that I decided to become an attorney and seek justice for those persons who have been injured. In 2013, I graduated from IU Bloomington with a bachelor's degree in political science and a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. After completing my studies at IU Bloomington, I continued to pursue my passion for the law by attending IU McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. During my time in law school, I developed a special interest in health law and policy and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Health Law. I simultaneously worked as a law clerk in one of the most esteemed personal injury law firms in Indiana. I also maintained various externships and worked in the law school's Civil Practice Clinic. I participated in Moot Court and was named to the Order of the Barristers for exceptional skill in oral advocacy. I graduated from IU McKinney School of Law, with honors, in 2016. Upon graduating from law school, I began my practice as a plaintiff personal injury attorney in the same law firm in which I had worked as a law clerk. Since that time, I have worked alongside my mentor, attorney Lance Cline, on a variety of cases involving wrongful death, birth injury, surgical errors, misdiagnosis, motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, and product liability. My work with Lance has provided me with the opportunity to hone my skills as a litigator and to be a fierce advocate for our clients. Our clients often face unique and daunting challenges that few attorneys understand and have the knowledge to properly handle. I am a firm believer that our most important purpose in life is to use our abilities to help those in need. It is my greatest desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of as many people as possible. I am devoted to working diligently for our clients to obtain the compensation they deserve for their harms and losses. As a result of my work in the field of personal injury litigation, I have been selected for the Super Lawyers Indiana Rising Stars list each year since 2020. I am also a member of the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
