Lindsey A. Tobias Quintanilla’s practice focuses on both criminal and civil litigation. Prior to joining Botto Gilbert Lancaster, Attorney Tobias Quintanilla was a public defender for DuPage County. In this role, she handled a wide array of criminal matters, ranging from traffic to murder. Attorney Tobias Quintanilla is experienced in jury and bench trials, evidentiary hearings, and contested motions. Attorney Tobias Quintanilla is a passionate advocate for her clients and has dedicated her career to helping individuals who have found themselves in dark places navigate the complexities of the justice system and resolve their cases favorably. Prior to her work as a public defender, Attorney Tobias Quintanilla graduated cum laude from DePaul University College of Law. Attorney Tobias Quintanilla is a lifetime Illinois resident, and she and her family currently call McHenry County home. In her free time, she enjoys serving the community by volunteering with her children’s school.
