About Lindsey
Lindsey Moors originally hails from the nearby small town of La Grande, Oregon. After graduating with honors from the University of California at Davis with a Philosophy degree, Ms. Moors returned to her home state of Oregon to attend the University of Oregon School of Law, earning both her pro bono and criminal law certificates. Ms. Moors has dedicated her career to protecting the vulnerable and enhances the firm’s success with her variety of experience practicing law within the states of California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada. She holds bar certificates in all four states and is pending admission in Idaho. In addition to conducing over 40 jury trials in Oregon, California, and Nevada, Ms. Moors has engaged in over 100 non-jury trials and led numerous hearings and conducted extensive motion work. She offers extensive knowledge in civil litigations through her experiences working at Tharpe & Howell in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Joseph Law Firm in La Grande, Oregon, Welsh, Wales & Fry based in Phoenix, Arizona, and Craig Swapp & Associates. Prior to joining Fielding Law Group, she served as a Chief Deputy District Attorney on the Special Victim’s Unit for the Clark County District Attorney’s Office in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office in Riverside, California, and the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Spokane, Washington. Most recently Ms. Moors was practicing personal injury law at Craig Swapp and Associates. In her spare time, Ms. Moors enjoys traveling with her husband, skiing, polo, running marathons, and spending time with her friends, family, and animals.
