Lisa Barnett is a Senior Personal Injury Attorney with 28 years of experience as a trial lawyer, focusing on medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, abuse, and complex injury cases. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, offering a unique perspective. Lisa clerked for The Honorable J. Howe Brown of the Fairfax County Circuit Court and worked as a plaintiff’s trial lawyer. She also served as in-house counsel for State Farm Insurance, managing a high-volume trial practice and serving as lead counsel in over twenty jury trials. She later defended physicians and hospitals in Virginia. Since 2010, she has dedicated her practice to representing patients and families in catastrophic injury cases, including long-term care and birth injury fund cases.
