About Lisa
Lisa concentrates on residential and commercial real estate transactions. She takes special pride in helping people buy and sell homes, real estate investors entering transactions, and lenders of all sizes to ensure their loans are protected. Lisa addresses the unique concerns and needs that each client brings to the table. Lisa has represented hundreds of first-time homebuyers and currently represents active real estate investors and developers with all their transactional legal needs. Transactions range from a first-time buyer’s purchase of studio condominiums to multi-million-dollar commercial transactions. She also specializes in condominium development work. Lisa takes great pride in her work, making herself available for clients taking a common sense to all aspects of her work. In addition to her focus on residential and commercial real estate, Lisa and The Firm have a general practice handling personal injury litigation, wills, estates, landlord tenant matters and small business matters. Prior to co-founding Capano & McGloin, LLP, Lisa founded McGloin & Associates and was a general practitioner. She also worked at Sloane and Walsh as a Litigation Associate.
