About Lisa

Lisa M. Only has more than 15 years of experience counseling and defending clients in complex civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on premises liability and transportation. She is experienced in all phases of discovery, mediations, arbitrations, appellate briefings, and working with insured clients and insurance carriers to coordinate defense strategy. Lisa has handled hundreds of depositions, case management, settlement, and pre-trial conferences, motion hearings, site inspections, jury selections, and arbitrations for transportation, premises liability, and product liability matters. Before going into private practice, Lisa gained experience as a law clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division in Gloucester County, for the Hon. Jean B. McMaster, where she researched and drafted bench memoranda and opinions, and mediated small claims matters.
