Lisle W. Blackbourn is the President and Managing Partner of Godfrey, Leibsle, Blackbourn & Howarth, S.C., and chairs the firm's litigation division. He earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1982. He is board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) as a Civil Trial Specialist.
