Lou is admitted to practice law in the New Jersey Courts, U.S. District Court and U.S. Supreme Court. He is a highly experienced trial lawyer, with extensive international experience in Russia, China, Europe, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. His areas of concentration are personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and representation of minors who have been the victims of sexual assault by teachers, coaches, supervisors/adults. Additionally, he represents financial institutions and corporations in their business affairs and litigation, and has extensive experience in the area of debt collection, foreclosure, fraud and loan restructuring. He also represents professional athletes in compensation claims for injuries sustained during their careers, as well as in their personal matters.
