About Luis
Luis Avila is a dedicated lawyer focused on trial work and injury law. Since 1986, Mr. Avila fights hard to represent his clients who were harmed by the carelessness of others. He has litigated hundreds of cases and has obtained many favorable results for victims of construction work injuries, auto, and heavy truck collisions, medical malpractice, negligence, white collar crimes, and civil rights violations. He received Board Certification in personal injury law from the state of Texas in 1990. He earned his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law and is licensed to practice in both Texas and California states.
