About Luis

Luis Maroto has always been drawn to helping people-especially those going through some of the hardest moments of their lives. Raised in West Palm Beach, Luis was deeply influenced by his father’s 25+ year career in law enforcement, which instilled in him a strong sense of justice and a desire to advocate for others. Before law school, Luis mentored at-risk youth while studying at the University of Central Florida. He went on to earn his law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law, where he furthered his passion for advocacy through a criminal defense clinic-representing indigent clients under the supervision of a licensed attorney. Luis began his legal career as a public defender in Broward County, where he represented hundreds of individuals facing serious criminal charges-often stepping in when no one else would. In 2021, he transitioned to personal injury law, bringing the same compassion to those injured through no fault of their own. He understands how overwhelming it can be to face recovery, medical bills, and uncertainty, and he’s made it his mission to be the steady hand and strong voice his clients need. Luis is proud to serve the community he calls home and honored to fight for those who deserve a fresh start.
