Lupita Fernandez is a graduate of UCSC in human biology and chemistry and received her legal education at The Monterey College of Law. After passing the bar, she gained trial experience as a trial attorney in the Monterey County Public Defender’s Office before returning to the Biegel Law Firm as a valuable member of the litigation team.
