About Marc

Marc LoCascio grew up in New Jersey, and completed his first year of college there. He then moved to Florida and attended Florida State University; obtaining a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in biology and chemistry, and a master's degree in molecular biology. Thereafter, he was a college professor for about ten years, where he taught courses in molecular biology, microbiology, and anatomy and physiology. Attorney LoCascio later decided to pursue his interest in the law. He received his juris doctor degree from Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida. After passing The Florida Bar exam, attorney LoCascio joined the Public Defender's Office of the Ninth Judicial Circuit as an Assistant Public Defender attorney. At the Public Defender's office, attorney LoCascio gained valuable experience handling hundreds of cases, and fighting for the rights of the indigent and under-served. He appeared in court on behalf of his clients almost every day of the week. After the Public Defender's office, attorney LoCascio joined a small law firm where he handled personal injury, personal injury protection, and glass/windshield cases. Thereafter, attorney LoCascio joined a large personal injury law firm where he handled and oversaw hundreds of personal injury cases. Now, at the Law Offices of Michael B. Brehne, attorney LoCascio continues to vigorously represent his clients in various civil litigation matters. He draws upon his legal training and extensive science background to provide a high level of expertise to all of his clients' cases. And as a former teacher, attorney LoCascio knows how to explain complicated legal and scientific/medical topics in a clear, understandable way. Attorney LoCascio has a passion for helping people and battling for his clients. From the classroom, and now to the courtroom, he fights relentlessly for his clients to achieve the greatest financial and legal resolution possible.
