Marc J. Rothenberg, Esq., joined the Rothenberg Law Firm, LLP in 1997. Marc specializes in the litigation of noteworthy and complex personal injury & wrongful death cases in NY, NJ, PA, and throughout the United States. He represents clients in cases involving trucks, cars, buses, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, SUV rollovers, automobile products liability defects, construction accidents, premises liability, inadequate security, medical malpractice, traumatic brain injuries, and wrongful death. Marc has obtained over twenty-five million dollar verdicts, settlements, and awards for his catastrophically injured clients. Marc's record breaking $25 Million settlement in 2022, involving a truck striking a motorcyclist, is the largest reported settlement in New York State history on behalf of a motorcyclist and the second highest nationally. In 2018, Marc achieved the largest recovery against any major automotive company for a victim of a Takata airbag rupture defect which involved the biggest recall in automotive history.
