About Marc

Marc Yonker, co-founder of Winters & Yonker, earned his J.D. from Thomas Cooley Law School in 1993 and was admitted to the Pennsylvania and Florida Bars in 1994. Inspired by his father's friend, a personal injury attorney, Marc is dedicated to seeking justice for the injured, particularly those battling large insurers. He co-founded Winters & Yonker with Bill Winters in 2001 to offer a client-oriented approach, known as 'The Aggressive Attorneys,' providing immediate support and fighting for fair compensation for accident victims.
